Database-Driven Intranet Application for Fax Management

I need a database-driven local webserver-based intranet application to manage faxes received through an online platform. The system should allow me to download faxes by date, store them in a searchable database, and retrieve them by name, date, fax number, or unique ID. Some faxes may be 100 pages long, so I need a reliable way to store and access large PDF files. The solution should also support automatic daily uploads of new faxes. I have previously built a similar system using PHP and MySQL for organizational charts, where images were linked through database queries. I’m looking for proposals that suggest the best approach for this project. Its been long time and my skills are rusty and lots of work now done by other better platforms.
