Deploy Laravel Site on AWS

My Laravel application is fully built and running on a local server; I now want it live on AWS. The job is straightforward: spin up an EC2 instance, install the usual stack (PHP, Composer, web server),... (Budget: ₹100 - ₹400 INR, Jobs: Amazon Web Services, Apache, Cloud Computing, Database Management, DNS, Laravel, Linux, PHP)
