Developer Needed: Mindbody + Vagaro + Google Calendar Integration

I own a small studio in California and currently use Mindbody, Vagaro, and Google Calendar. Mindbody and Vagaro are both bringing me clients, so I need to keep both booking platforms. My problem is that they are not communicating with each other, and I have to manually manage multiple calendars. I want one central place where I can see and manage all appointments and avoid double bookings. ### What I need I am looking for an experienced developer who can create a reliable integration between: - Mindbody - Vagaro - Google Calendar ### The goal I want appointments and availability to stay synchronized as much as technically possible. For example: Client books through Mindbody → appointment appears in my central Google Calendar → that time should become unavailable in Vagaro Client books through Vagaro → appointment appears in my central Google Calendar → that time should become unavailable in Mindbody Appointment is canceled → the cancellation should be reflected appropriately. Appointment is rescheduled → the new time should update appropriately. I block personal/business time → that time should not be available for clients to book. ### Very important I am NOT looking for someone who only knows basic Zapier or Google Calendar automation. I need someone who understands APIs, webhooks, appointment availability, synchronization, and preventing double bookings. Experience with the Mindbody API is highly preferred. Experience with Vagaro integrations/API is also highly preferred. ### Phase 1 — Technical feasibility Before building the complete system, I want you to first determine: 1. Whether my Mindbody account can be connected through the available API. 2. Whether my Vagaro account can be connected. 3. What information can be synchronized. 4. Whether two-way availability synchronization is possible. 5. How cancellations and rescheduling can be handled. 6. Whether Google Calendar can be used as the central calendar. 7. What limitations or additional fees are involved. 8. The safest way to prevent duplicate appointments and double bookings. ### Budget I would like to start with a small paid Phase 1 project, approximately $300–$600, to confirm that the integration is technically possible. After Phase 1, please provide a fixed-price quote for building the complete system. My target budget for the full integration is approximately $700–$1,500, depending on the complexity. Please do not quote a large project without first confirming that the required APIs and integrations are actually available. ### Future project If this integration works well, I may also want to add an AI receptionist that can: - Answer my business phone - Answer common customer questions - Check real-time availability - Book appointments - Reschedule appointments - Cancel appointments - Send confirmations/reminders - Work with Mindbody/Vagaro - Eventually integrate with ClassPass So I am looking for someone who can potentially continue working with me on the project. ### When applying, please answer these questions 1.
