Django + Angular engineer to modernize our internal claims platform and add AI triage

We run a sass platform with multiple customers. Internal claims system is Django on PostgreSQL with an Angular 12 front end, deployed with Docker on AWS. Needs an Angular upgrade to current LTS, several slow DRF endpoints rebuilt, and a first AI feature: automatic triage of incoming claim emails using an LLM, with a review queue in the Angular app. Scope: Angular upgrade and module cleanup; move three heavy endpoints to FastAPI alongside Django; LLM triage service (OpenAI or Azure OpenAI, structured outputs, confidence threshold, human review); Celery for async processing; Docker and CI updates; handover docs. Must have: Django and DRF in production, Angular upgrades you've done before, PostgreSQL, Docker, one LLM feature shipped. Nice to have: FastAPI, AWS, insurance or regulated data.
