Expert Drupal 10 Developer for Two PPC Landing Pages + Reusable Webform

We need an experienced Drupal 10 developer to implement two PPC landing pages on an existing Drupal website. This is not a redesign, new theme, or custom website build. The site already has an established responsive theme and page structure. Existing pages are managed through Node Body → Blocks → HTML, and the new pages should follow the same existing structure and styling. The first page will be an attorney PPC landing page. Once approved, it will establish the reusable template/structure for other landing pages. A PPC specialist has already prepared the developer-ready page structure, content, messaging hierarchy, CTAs, form placement, trust elements, and UX direction. Scope * Build the first landing page within the existing Drupal structure and responsive theme * Implement the supplied sections, content, CTAs, and layout * Create a reusable two-step Drupal Webform * Configure standard Webform fields, validation, submission storage, and notification email * Make any necessary CSS/layout adjustments within the existing theme * Ensure the page works properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile * Test the page and Webform across normal browsers and responsive breakpoints * After approval of the first page, create the second page by reusing the same structure, styling, and Webform approach and changing the vehicle-specific content, images, and configuration Not included in the initial scope * New Drupal theme development * Website redesign * Google Sheet integration * Final GTM/dataLayer/tracking implementation A separate analytics specialist will provide the final tracking requirements. Any Drupal-side tracking work will be scoped separately once those requirements are finalized. We are looking specifically for someone with strong Drupal 10 and Drupal Webform experience who can work efficiently within an existing site rather than rebuilding functionality that already exists.
