FAI Automation Junior to Execute Client Projects (Training Provided, Part-Time)

We are OperationAI.co, an AI automation agency helping businesses implement practical AI systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows. I’m looking for a junior/beginner AI Automation Specialist who already has some basic technical understanding but wants an opportunity to learn fast, execute real client projects, and potentially work with us long term. You do not need to be an expert. What matters much more to me is that you: Execute quickly and reliably Can follow detailed instructions Are comfortable learning new tools Are open to learning and following our methods Take responsibility for the quality of your work Have at least a basic understanding of AI automation and modern AI tools Communicate clearly when you are stuck instead of wasting hours guessing Want to improve your skills over time How the Work Will Look You will not need to communicate with clients. I handle client acquisition, sales calls, communication, understanding the client's requirements, and planning the solution. For each project, I will give you a clear execution plan explaining what needs to be built and how we want it implemented. Your responsibility is simple: Receive the plan → execute it → test your work → send it back for review. Projects can include things such as: n8n automations OpenAI API integrations AI agents and workflows Claude / Claude Code API and webhook integrations Simple databases and backend workflows Vibe-coded websites or internal tools Connecting different SaaS platforms Researching how to implement a specific technical solution Testing and debugging automations You don't need experience with everything above. However, you should already be technically curious and have experimented with at least some of these tools. Training & Growth One of the biggest benefits of this position is that you will have access to the systems and learning resources we use internally. You may receive access to courses, communities, coaching methods, exercises, examples, project frameworks, and other resources that can help you improve your AI automation skills. I am willing to train the right person. But I am looking for someone who learns by doing. If I show you something once, I want you to experiment with it, understand it, and become better at executing it the next time. There is significant room to grow with the agency as your skills improve. Compensation We will start with one $50 paid test project. This allows both of us to see how well we work together. If the test project goes well, I would like to continue working together long term. For future projects, compensation will generally be based on the projects you successfully execute rather than simply tracking hours. You can earn approximately 10–20% of the project value, depending on your role and contribution. On larger projects, this can mean up to approximately $400 commission for completing a single project. The idea is simple: Better execution → happier clients → more projects → higher earnings. I don't want to hire someone simply because a certain hourly rate is considered normal in their country. I want compensation to grow based on the actual value, responsibility, and quality of work you deliver. This is not necessarily a full-time position at the beginning. Project volume can increase significantly if the collaboration works well. Who This Is Perfect For This could be a great opportunity if you're early in your AI automation career and thinking: "I know the basics, I've built some things myself, and I want real projects where I can become much better." You might not have years of professional experience yet. That's okay. I would rather work with someone who has 6 months of experience, executes fast, learns constantly, and follows instructions extremely well than someone with 5 years of experience who is difficult to work with. It does not need to be an impressive commercial project. Even a personal experiment is completely fine. I mainly want to understand how you think and whether you actually enjoy building things. Also answer this question at the beginning of your application: In your own words, what is an LLM, and what is one practical way you could use an LLM inside an n8n automation?
