Freelance Elementor Developer Wanted — Long-Term Collaboration

For my creative agency, I’m looking for an experienced freelance WordPress / Elementor Pro developer for ongoing website projects and a potential long-term collaboration. I regularly design websites that need to be developed accurately in Elementor. I’m therefore looking for someone reliable who not only delivers a strong visual result, but also understands that the way a website is built in the backend is equally important. I’m specifically looking for someone who: Has strong experience with WordPress & Elementor Pro Can accurately translate supplied designs into desktop, tablet and mobile Uses a clean and logical container structure Correctly sets up global fonts, colors and Elementor Site Settings Builds websites in a consistent, reusable and maintainable way Uses Elementor’s native functionality wherever possible Uses as little custom CSS/code as possible, and only when genuinely necessary Understands responsive development and properly tests all breakpoints Pays attention to performance and clean technical implementation Tests the complete website before delivery, not just individual pages Works independently, respects deadlines and communicates proactively Portfolio & backend examples When applying, please send me examples of Elementor websites you have developed. I would also specifically like to see how your projects are structured in the Elementor backend, not only the finished frontend. Screenshots or a short screen recording showing your Site Settings, containers, global styling and general page structure would be very helpful. Trial project is required Before starting a long-term collaboration, I always work with a trial project first. This is a firm requirement. During this project, I want to see how you work in practice: how you structure Elementor, use containers and global settings, handle responsive development, minimize custom code, follow the supplied design, test your work, communicate and meet deadlines. I develop a lot of websites and am specifically looking for someone I can trust with projects on a long-term and recurring basis. That’s why I need to know that our way of working is compatible before committing to an ongoing collaboration.
