Full-Stack Developer / DevOps Expert Needed — Move AI-Built Apps to My Own Server + Build Custom CRM

I’m looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer / DevOps Engineer to help me take control of my applications and build my own software infrastructure. I currently have 2 applications built through Abacus AI that I want to migrate to my own VPS/server. I also have 10+ spreadsheets containing business data and workflows, and I need a custom CRM built around them. ### First stage — Application migration I need you to: * Review my 2 existing Abacus AI applications * Identify the technology and dependencies they use * Get/export the source code * Identify anything dependent on Abacus * Replace those dependencies where required * Deploy the applications onto my own VPS * Set up the database * Configure domains, DNS and SSL * Set up Docker and Git/GitHub where appropriate * Configure backups and security * Make sure both applications work independently from Abacus ### Second stage — Custom CRM I want to build my own CRM rather than use a generic CRM. I have 10+ spreadsheets currently containing different information. We will review these and design a proper database and CRM around my actual business. The CRM will need custom features, automation, dashboards, workflows, contacts, leads, properties, tasks, follow-ups, documents and integrations with my existing systems/data. I expect this to become a long-term development project with additional applications and features added over time. ### How I like to work I’m actively learning how to manage my own server and deploy applications, so I want someone who is happy to **teach me as we go**. I don't expect you to explain every line of code, but I do want to understand: * How my server works * How applications are deployed * How Git/GitHub fits into the process * How databases work * How to update and maintain my applications * How to safely make changes using AI coding tools such as Claude and ChatGPT Communication is important to me. I prefer clear, straightforward communication and regular updates. If you think there is a better technical approach, I want you to tell me rather than simply doing what I ask. ### Skills required Strong experience with: * Full-stack development * Linux / Ubuntu * VPS administration * Docker * Git / GitHub * PostgreSQL * Node.js * React * APIs and integrations * Database architecture * Deployment and server security * AI-generated / AI-assisted application development Experience migrating applications away from platforms such as Abacus AI, Replit, Lovable, Bolt or similar platforms is a big advantage. ### Deliverables The initial goal is to have my 2 existing applications successfully running on my own server, independently of Abacus, with the infrastructure properly configured. After that, the next major project will be designing and building my custom CRM. I’m looking for someone I can work with long-term, not just someone who completes the first task and leaves.
