Full Stack Developer: Mobile, React, and Java/Spring Boot

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer to build and improve client/server applications, with a major emphasis on Java/Spring Boot, React, mobile development, and effective use of AI coding assistants. This role is best suited to a developer who can independently deliver complete features across backend services, web interfaces, and mobile applications. The successful candidate should have strong Java and Spring Boot experience, solid React skills, and practical experience building applications for iOS and Android, preferably with React Native. Key Responsibilities Deliver complete features spanning backend services, databases, React web interfaces, and mobile applications. Design, build, and maintain Java/Spring Boot services, REST APIs, integrations, and business logic. Build and maintain responsive, production-grade web interfaces using React, TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android, preferably using React Native. Integrate web and mobile applications with REST APIs, authentication services, backend workflows, and third-party systems. Build reusable and maintainable user-interface components using libraries such as Material UI or DevExpress. Select and implement appropriate frontend state-management approaches, including React hooks, Context, Redux Toolkit, or comparable solutions. Use AI coding assistants effectively throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, implementation, test creation, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and code review. Write and maintain automated tests for frontend, mobile, backend, and integration layers. Work effectively in a fast-moving product environment with evolving requirements and a high degree of ownership. Required Skills Strong professional experience with Java and Spring Boot, including building APIs, services, integrations, and business logic. Experience designing and delivering complete full-stack features across backend and frontend systems. Strong JavaScript or TypeScript knowledge and production experience with React. Some professional experience developing mobile applications for iOS and Android, preferably using React Native or a comparable cross-platform framework. Familiarity with mobile-specific concerns such as permissions, secure storage, push notifications, device capabilities, performance, and platform-specific behaviour. Strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills, with experience building responsive applications for desktop, tablet, and mobile. Demonstrated professional experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or comparable tools. Preferred Skills Experience with React Native and releasing applications through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Familiarity with Redux Toolkit, Redux Saga, or another frontend state-management library. Experience with Material UI, DevExpress, or comparable component libraries. Experience deploying and operating applications in AWS or another major cloud environment. Familiarity with containers, monitoring, logging, and production incident troubleshooting. Experience establishing effective team workflows, standards, or guardrails for AI-assisted software development. Ideal Candidate Profile The strongest candidate will be a full-stack engineer with deep Java/Spring Boot capabilities who can independently deliver reliable features across backend services, React web interfaces, and mobile applications for iOS and Android. They will use AI coding assistants confidently and routinely to improve development speed and quality, while applying strong engineering judgment to validate the resulting code. Experience with Redux is useful, but expertise in a specific Redux architecture is less important than sound frontend engineering, appropriate state-management decisions, and the ability to deliver maintainable end-to-end product experiences.
