Full-Time Developer for Project Takeover

We need a full-time developer to take over an existing project and help improve reliability, scalability, and observability. You should be comfortable reading existing code, identifying issues, and making thoughtful changes before rewriting. The work includes supporting event pipelines, REST APIs, real-time feeds, and production debugging using logs and metrics. You should also be able to document design decisions, support clean deployments, and help with load testing and monitoring. Experience working independently and communicating clearly is important.
