Joomla 5.0.3 → 5.4.7 Upgrade

I need my production site moved from Joomla 5.0.3 to 5.4.7 with an eye toward a smooth jump to Joomla 6 as soon as it is released. The core update itself is the first step; after that I want every extension that is currently out-of-date brought to its latest stable version... (Budget: $250 - $750 AUD, Jobs: Joomla, PHP)
