LLM Engineer for WhatsApp

We need an LLM Engineer to improve the quality of our AI agent on WhatsApp and Voice. The system already works but needs to sound more human. You will instrument quality gaps, build evaluations, and fix the most problematic issues. You will also improve retrieval and routing to ensure the agent answers the right thing. This role involves both TypeScript for text and Python for real-time voice systems. Please include your earliest start date and an example of measuring an LLM quality problem.
