MQL5 Developer for XAUUSD MT5 Bot

We need an experienced developer to build a custom trading bot for Gold (XAUUSD) on MT5. The project includes creating a reliable strategy, implementing automated trading logic, and ensuring the bot runs smoothly in live market conditions. You should be able to handle setup, testing, and optimization while delivering a clean, maintainable solution. Key Requirements: Market Analysis: Trend detection (higher timeframe checks) and ATR-based volatility analysis. News Filter: Integration with MT5’s built-in Economic Calendar to pause trading during high-impact USD events (CPI, NFP, FOMC). Risk Controls: Dynamic lot sizing, ATR Stop Loss/Take Profit, and daily drawdown protection. Deliverables: Full ⁠.mq5⁠ source code, compiled ⁠.ex5⁠ file, and 2+ years of backtest reports ("Every Tick based on Real Ticks"). Experience with similar trading systems and strong problem-solving skills are important for this role.
