Particle Boron Alert Prototype -- 3

I have a Particle Boron and want it turned into a small proof-of-concept that watches two reed switches and a single split-core current transformer. Whenever either switch changes state or the CT reports a reading outside user-defined limits, the Boron should push an SMS straight to my phone...
