Python + n8n API Integration Developer Needed for Existing AI Automation Platform

I’m looking for an experienced developer to help continue building an existing AI business-automation platform called AI Headquarters. This is not a greenfield project. The codebase already exists, has an established architecture and roadmap, and has working production integrations. I need someone who can take over much of the remaining implementation work without unnecessarily redesigning or rebuilding what is already working. Current project state The platform is built primarily in Python and is designed to automate the process of finding, closing, onboarding, delivering to, and retaining paying customers. The first repeatable service being built is AI Customer Support Automation for ecommerce businesses. Already completed: Revenue/prospect evaluation pipeline Founder approval system Shared capability/execution architecture Integration registry Automated execution tasks Real Gmail API integration for founder-approved outreach drafts Self-hosted Twenty CRM via Docker Real Twenty CRM REST API integration Company, Person, and Opportunity creation in Twenty Founder-approved Gmail + CRM execution path tested live Automated test suite with 100+ passing tests Immediate first milestone The first paid milestone will be completing a Google Calendar scheduling integration inside the existing architecture. The implementation should: Use Python and the official Google Calendar API Support OAuth securely Create calendar events through the existing shared execution architecture Preserve founder-approval controls Support dependency injection / mocked API clients for tests Add automated tests Keep all existing tests passing Avoid unnecessary notifications or customer-facing side effects during testing Follow the existing integration/plugin pattern Longer-term work If the first milestone goes well, I would like to continue working with the same developer on the remaining revenue and delivery pipeline, including: Scheduling / meeting booking Proposal generation Documenso / e-signature Payment integration Project creation n8n workflow orchestration Chatwoot/customer-support automation Client onboarding Ongoing client management Additional API and open-source integrations Technical stack / skills needed Strong experience with several of the following is important: Python REST APIs OAuth 2.0 Google APIs n8n Docker / self-hosted applications Git / GitHub CRM integrations Webhooks JSON/API data transformation Automated testing / pytest External SaaS integrations PostgreSQL Working inside an existing modular codebase Experience with AI agents or LLM orchestration is helpful but not required if you are strong with Python and integrations. Important architecture requirement I am specifically looking for someone who can extend an existing architecture rather than replace it. The project already has shared components for: Capability resolution Execution Approval gating Integration registration Revenue workflows New functionality should use these existing systems rather than bypassing them with one-off scripts. Please do not propose a full rewrite unless there is a serious, clearly demonstrated technical reason. Development expectations I prefer small, reviewable milestones. For each milestone: Review the relevant existing code/docs first Make only the necessary changes Add or update automated tests Run the full test suite Report exactly what changed Do not commit or push until the work has been reviewed Do not place API keys, credentials, or tokens in the repository I am also interested in using good free/open-source tools and existing GitHub projects where they fit, rather than rebuilding mature functionality unnecessarily.
