React Native / Expo + Supabase developer needed to migrate existing live iOS app from Base44

I have an existing consumer restaurant discovery/social app currently live on the iOS App Store. The current application was built using Base44. I have the complete exported React/Vite frontend source code and an existing working product to use as the reference implementation. I now want to move away from Base44 and rebuild the mobile frontend as a proper native React Native application using Expo, with Supabase as the backend. This is not a new app design project. The existing app, screens, functionality, data structure and user flows already exist. Target stack * React Native * Expo * TypeScript * Expo Router * Supabase * PostgreSQL * Supabase Auth * Supabase Storage * EAS Build / TestFlight The new app must be a genuine React Native application, not a WebView, Capacitor wrapper or hosted web application. Current app includes * User registration/login * User profiles * Restaurant database * Restaurant search * Reviews and ratings * Social feed * User follows * Likes * Comments * Saved / want-to-go restaurants * User lists / top spots * Photo uploads * Maps and location * Notifications * Account deletion Scope 1. Create a new Expo / React Native project. 2. Reproduce the existing core UI and navigation in React Native. The existing application is supplied as the visual and behavioural reference. No redesign is required. 3. Set up a new Supabase project under my account and create the database schema based on the existing Base44 entities/data. 4. Replace Base44 authentication with Supabase Auth. 5. Create a migration process for existing application data while retaining relationships between users, reviews, follows, likes, comments, restaurants etc. 6. Existing users must be able to reclaim/access their existing accounts after migration without losing their profile or activity. 7. Move uploaded images/files from Base44-hosted storage to Supabase Storage where required. 8. Implement native iOS functionality for: * photo library/camera permissions * location permissions * maps/location * push notifications 9. Produce a working iOS build through Expo/EAS. 10. Deploy the completed beta to TestFlight under my existing Apple Developer account and existing App Store application / Bundle ID. 11. Provide a clear handover so I can maintain the project afterwards. Not included in this project * Android release * major UI/UX redesign * new product features * complex offline-first synchronisation * background location tracking * rebuilding the app in Swift * ongoing maintenance contract I will provide * Existing React/Vite source code * Working live iOS app for reference * Base44 data exports * Existing database/entity structure * Apple Developer/App Store Connect access as required * Expo account/access as required * Existing app assets * Screenshots/videos where necessary The Supabase project, repository and other production infrastructure must be created under accounts that I own. The developer will receive collaborator access where appropriate. The developer should not host the application, database, source repository or production services under their own personal accounts. Handover requirements At completion I need: * Full source code in my GitHub repository * Supabase schema/migrations * Environment variable documentation * Instructions for running the app locally * Instructions for creating a TestFlight build * Instructions for deploying app updates * Explanation of push notification setup * Explanation of authentication setup * Basic overview of the project structure * No undocumented developer-owned services or dependencies Ideal developer; I am looking for an individual freelancer rather than an agency. You should have practical experience with: * React Native * Expo * Supabase/PostgreSQL * iOS/TestFlight/App Store deployment * authentication * database/data migrations * push notifications Experience migrating an existing application from a no-code/low-code backend would be particularly useful. Please do not send a generic agency proposal. I am particularly interested in developers who can explain their proposed migration approach clearly before beginning work.
