React Native / Flutter Developer for Sika Loto 5/90 App (MVP)

We are looking for an experienced mobile app developer to build Sika Loto, a modern 5/90 lottery platform targeting the XOF-zone market. We need an expert who not only has strong technical skills in cross-platform development (React Native or Flutter) and secure backends, but also has a solid understanding of (or familiarity with) 5/90 lottery game logic (Two Sure, NAP, Perm, etc.). I have a detailed Functional and Technical Specifications document ready, which includes: * The Mobile App (Android first, built for future iOS expansion): Clean UI (Yellow, White, Green), simplified registration (no OTP, Phone/Pseudo + PIN), full game engine supporting 7 betting types, live results via API, wallet system, and push notifications. * The Financial & Operational Workflow: Agent-based cash-in system, central admin-managed cash-out (Mobile Money), and role management. * The Back-Office: Secure web admin dashboard where the main administrator can manage agents, secretariat staff, and transactions. What we expect from you: * Full commented source code (GitHub/GitLab). * Production-ready build files (.APK and .AAB for Google Play Store). * Secure backend and API integration for automated lottery results.
