Hello, I am looking for a **WordPress developer** who can work on a website using the WP Rentals theme. My website is already built. I am not looking for a redesign, but only for a few feature modifications. ### Required modifications **1. Service fees** The platform's service fees must be **added to the amount paid by the guest**, rather than deducted from the owner's earnings. **2. Guest payment** The guest should pay **only the booking fee on the website**. The remaining balance should then be paid **directly to the owner upon arrival**. **3. Owner dashboard** Add a dashboard allowing the owner to see: * their earnings; * the amounts owed to them by the platform; * their payment history; * a **"Request payout"** button. **4. Invoice after booking** Once a booking has been made, the owner should no longer be able to modify the invoice or the booking conditions. They should only be able to **accept/confirm the booking**. ### Before development For each modification, I would first like to determine whether it can be achieved **with an existing plugin or whether custom development is required**.
