Simple React Component with Form Validation

Looking for a small React component built — a contact/signup form with client-side validation (required fields, email format check, basic error messages shown inline). Should be a clean, reusable functional component styled with Tailwind. TypeScript preferred for prop typing. This is a small, well-defined task, good for a quick, focused developer. Deliverable: One React component file + a short usage example.
