Software for students in school

I need to build a SaaS for highschool students to be used by schools. Students will move through the stages — with tasks at each stage they work through and track. Counselors run the other side: introducing students to the options, assigning tasks, setting deadlines that fit their school calendar, supporting students along the way, and pulling progress data for the school. Chicago will be the pilot location with the 7-8 community colleges from their catalogs with contacts and links, and links out to apprenticeships. Employer posting comes later. Students Sign in with their school account, set up a short profile, then browse the information and path to pursue. From there they move through the stages — curious, learning, committing, coursework, credentials, job opportunities — working through the tasks in each one and ticking them off as they go. Their progress saves and carries across stages. They can also browse the community colleges with their programs and contacts, and follow links out to apprenticeships and jobs. Counselors sign in and see their own list of students. They can open any student to see which stage they're on, what tasks are done and what's still open. From there they assign tasks and set deadlines that fit their school calendar, and filter the list to spot who's fallen behind. Admin controls all the content and can add and edit all info. This project would need to be fully complete so I can demo to the schools and I need to know what would be the planned development stack and deployment/hosting plan for the solution? Do you offer hosting and maintenance support? Please break down for me the different milestones, cost, and timeline and reach out for a meeting.
