StorageTrail Renter Matching & Transaction Engine

We need to add a new renter matching and transaction-conversion page to our existing StorageTrail marketplace. The page design and general workflow will be provided. This is not a website redesign. The goal is to create a simple funnel that helps renters find and book parking or storage spaces faster. How it should work: User selects whether they need Parking or Storage. The form dynamically asks relevant questions based on that selection, including location/ZIP, type of parking/storage needed, indoor/covered/outdoor preference, size or vehicle type, start date, duration and budget. After submission, the system searches our existing StorageTrail listings for relevant matches. If a match exists: display the best matching listings immediately and direct the renter toward the existing listing/booking process so they can reserve and pay. If no suitable match exists: capture the renter's complete request and display a confirmation such as: “We’re searching for your space. A StorageTrail representative will contact you shortly.” The unmatched request should appear in a simple admin Renter Requests area so our team can manually find/acquire a matching property. Admin should be able to track basic status such as New / Searching / Matched / Link Sent / Booked / Lost. Once our team finds a match, we need an easy way to direct the renter to the appropriate StorageTrail listing to complete the booking. Admin notification when a new unmatched renter request is submitted. Page must work properly on desktop and mobile and match StorageTrail's existing colors, fonts, header/footer and overall design. We will provide the page mockup/design and workflow. Primary objective: Increase completed StorageTrail transactions by allowing renters to be qualified and matched 24/7 rather than relying entirely on manual follow-up. Please reuse the existing StorageTrail infrastructure, listings and booking functionality wherever possible. We want this kept simple, lightweight and transaction-focused. Fixed budget: $250.
