Transport booking system required

We are in need of a transport booking system. We are a school and I need staff to be able to book a bus for either personal or school use If it’s personal then they need to give me dates and times they require one of the buses. If it’s school use then they will neeed to let to select a few questions Both needs to then be approved by our transport manager. If it’s personal use and the transport manager approves it, it automatically lets our accounts team know through a separate email.
