Web Developer for Website Updates

I need someone to work about 1–3 hours per week to update my website, add new project portfolio items with photos sized and text added, perform on-site optimization, update plugins, and advise on best practices to keep the site working well and fast. If possible, I’d like someone who can also help with SEO and related improvements.
