WordPress Developer: Genesis Theme, WooCommerce, Custom Code & Page Speed

We run a WordPress site with a Genesis theme and no page builder — pages are hand-coded HTML/CSS. We're looking for a developer to help us move faster on site improvements. This is ongoing work, not a one-time project. What you'll be doing: - Writing custom code/scripts as needed — first project will be a script to export our product catalog with dates added/modified, so we can identify what needs updating or removal - Building landing pages quickly from design/copy, hand-coded in HTML/CSS within our Genesis theme - Implementing conversion rate optimization tests, including tracking and tag implementation -Diagnosing and fixing bugs and errors as they come up - Improving page speed so pages load fast and clean across devices -General availability to field dev questions and handle fixes as they arise What we're looking for: - Strong WordPress development experience, comfortable hand-coding HTML/CSS since we don't use Elementor, Divi, or similar builders - Genesis theme framework experience is a strong plus - Comfortable working with WooCommerce hooks and filters — the site runs on WooCommerce, so understanding how to extend it via code rather than relying on plugins for everything is valuable - Experience with page speed optimization -Familiarity with basic CRO and testing setups and tag implementation such as Google Tag Manager Clear communicator, reliable — this is ongoing work, and some overlap with US business hours is helpful for troubleshooting To apply, share an example of a hand-coded landing page or custom WordPress script you've built, and your experience, if any, with Genesis or WooCommerce hooks.
