WordPress expert needed for plugin replacement, PHP upgrade and security cleanup

I am looking for an experienced WordPress technician, preferably based in the Philippines, for a one-time technical cleanup of an existing website. The website is working and should NOT be redesigned. Main tasks: Create/verify a full backup and test important changes on a staging/test copy before applying them to the live website. Replace the outdated Collapse-O-Matic plugin with a current and secure solution while keeping the existing appearance and functionality as closely as possible. Collapse-O-Matic is currently used on 5 pages. The main “Content” page alone contains 41 [expand] instances. Four additional affected pages use Elementor. After testing, remove Collapse-O-Matic if it is no longer needed. The website currently runs on PHP 7.4.33. Check theme/plugin compatibility and safely upgrade PHP to a currently supported version. Review the active plugins and Hueman theme for important security, compatibility or obsolete-plugin issues. I am NOT looking for unnecessary redesigns or additional features. Verify the existing backup system and create a new full backup after the work is completed. The user-account issue mentioned previously is NOT part of this job. Experience with WordPress, PHP upgrades, Elementor, plugin migrations, staging, backups and hosting/cPanel is important.
