WordPress Migration + Domain Transfer + Google Workspace Handover (Time-Sensitive)

I run a behavioral health practice in Maryland and need an experienced person to move my WordPress site, domain and email out of my current web host's control and into accounts I own. The timeline is tight, so I'm looking for someone who can start this week. What needs to happen: 1. Set up a registrar account and a WordPress host account in MY name (you'll be added as a user, not the owner). 2. Transfer my domain from my current host's registrar account. The authorization code expires in about 48 hours, and the transfer takes 1-7 days. 3. Export and recreate all DNS records at the new registrar before the transfer completes, especially MX records so email never goes down. 4. Migrate the WordPress site to the new host. My current host gives me only 5 days of WordPress admin access after the domain transfer completes, then deletes the site. I'll get you a full backup first if possible. 5. Test the site on the new host before pointing DNS at it, then confirm email and site both work afterward. 6. Help me confirm I'm a Super Admin on our Google Workspace account (billing is moving to my card) and that mailboxes and files are intact. Important details: - We're a healthcare-related practice. Experience with HIPAA-sensitive sites is a big plus, including recommending a host that will sign a BAA if our forms collect client information. - All accounts (registrar, host, Google Workspace) must be in my name. - I'm not looking for a redesign, just a clean, safe move.
