Job Title: WordPress / WooCommerce / Elementor Pro Developer — Website Build Completion (Fixed Price, Detailed Spec Provided)
Overview
TradeMatch Pro Ltd (tradematchpro.co.uk) is a UK-registered B2B export intelligence business. We sell seven analyst-grade research reports to SME exporters worldwide. Our WordPress/WooCommerce/Elementor Pro website is partially built and we need an experienced developer to complete it to a detailed, professionally written specification.
This is not a design project. The content, HTML files and assets have been built by us and are ready. Your job is accurate implementation, configuration and technical integration — working to a precise spec with defined acceptance tests for every deliverable.
We are looking for a long-term technical partner, not a one-off contractor.
What the project involves
The full specification (Version 15, 17 pages) is attached. It covers five sections:
Section 1 — Resources Deployment: Nine complete HTML pages ready to deploy. Your task is upload, navigation wiring, URL substitution and testing. Not design work.
Section 2 — Order Process and Payment Integration: Stripe manual authorise-and-capture configuration, Brevo email capture with two consent tick boxes, WooCommerce order flow wording, and four evidenced Stripe test transactions.
Section 3 — Report Product Pages: Seven report pages rebuilt with complete content packages supplied by us, including PDF sample report uploads, process infographic placement, and consistent typography applied site-wide.
Section 4 — Homepage, About and Contact: Text changes only to three existing pages. No structural redesign.
Section 5 — Back-Page Fixes and SEO Foundations: Twelve defined items including 404 page, footer fixes, Privacy Policy update, sitemap submission and WooCommerce coupon configuration.
There is also a pre-build orientation and audit task — see below.
The stack
WordPress · Hello Elementor (child theme active) · Elementor Pro · WooCommerce · Stripe · Hostinger · GitHub · Brevo · Google Analytics 4
Pre-build orientation and audit
The site has an existing developer. There are known documentation gaps — the GitHub commit history has gaps, custom code in the child theme is not fully documented, and SMTP routing needs to be confirmed. You will need to reconcile the repository with the live site, audit the child theme, and confirm email routing before build work begins. This is quoted and paid separately from the five build sections.
Budget
Fixed price for the five build sections: $700
Completion bonus: $200, paid within five working days of final sign-off, conditional on on-time delivery to spec with all checklist items evidenced.
Orientation and audit: quoted separately at your standard rate.
Proposals significantly above this range will not be considered. If this budget does not work for you, please do not apply.
Working rules
Every section is paid on my personal sign-off against a defined checklist. GitHub commit links are required with every sign-off request. Screenshots are the accepted evidence — video is not. All content files are supplied fresh from OneDrive before each page build. No cached copies.
Screening — mandatory
To be considered, your proposal must answer all eight of the following questions. Generic or vague answers will not be reviewed.
Q1. How many WordPress sites have you built or maintained using Elementor Pro? Have you worked with Hello Elementor and child themes? Give one example of a child theme customisation you made.
Q2. Describe your WooCommerce experience beyond basic product setup. Have you integrated Stripe with WooCommerce? Have you worked with a manual authorise-and-capture payment flow?
Q3. Do you use GitHub for all client projects? Do you commit as you go or at the end of a task? Have you taken over a repository from another developer where the commit history was incomplete? What did you do?
Q4. Have you taken over a WordPress project mid-stream from a previous developer? What surprised you and what was the outcome?
Q5. Do you work solo or with a team? If others are involved, how is access to client sites and repositories managed?
Q6. Have you worked with Hostinger? Are you comfortable with SFTP, database management and server-level access through a hosting panel?
Q7. What mobile PageSpeed score do you target on WordPress/Elementor sites? Give one specific example where you improved a site's score.
Q8. What does your standard project handover include? What would a developer taking over from you find on day one?
What we are looking for
90%+ Job Success Score · WordPress/WooCommerce/Elementor Pro proficiency · Strong GitHub discipline · Experience taking over from another developer · Professional communication · Availability to start this week
