Agency to take over & deploy a booking/ticketing platform (Laravel + React + 2 Flutter apps)

We run a booking and ticketing SaaS in North Africa (restaurants, leisure, wellness, events). The legacy version is live with paying customers. A fully refactored version is in QA, about 80% complete. The previous team is leaving and will cooperate with the handover. We need one agency to own the technical work end to end: finish, deploy, then support post golive Stack: Laravel 11 (PHP 8.2) · React + TypeScript (website and admin) · 2 Flutter apps (vendor and customer) · Firebase Auth · North African card gateway (3-D Secure, online payment) · 2 Linux VPS, CDN. M0: go-live (target: 2 weeks) Web payment return page: handle every status, including partial payment, and redirect back to the offer page. Restore customer name and email on the booking confirmation page. Investigate and fix potential crashes of the vendor app QR scanner. Production cutover: written plan; database backup; status migration; cron and queue worker; production gateway URLs; vendor app store submission. Go-live verification with real card payments, and fixes if needed. Error monitoring (e.g. Sentry) and automated tests on the core flows: book, pay, confirm, scan. M1: December Customer app: signup and login (Firebase token), and web/app consistency (available time slots). Overnight time slots in the vendor app. Remaining items from a documented tracker (UX, staff, agenda, API security). Support until December 31: bug fixes and minor adjustments. New features are quoted separately. How we work Fixed price, paid per milestone, released only after validation in QA. The go-live milestone is released after successful real payments in production.
