AI Automation Specialist for Recruitment Workflow

We’re looking for an AI Automation Specialist to build a simple automated workflow for managing incoming leads. The goal is to automatically capture new leads, process and organize their information using AI, and update our Google Sheet without manual work. The automation should: Capture lead information from a form or email Use AI to extract and structure relevant lead data Add or update the lead in Google Sheets Automatically categorize or qualify the lead based on predefined criteria Send a Slack or email notification when a new qualified lead is received We’re open to using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or a similar automation platform. This is a small, fixed-scope project. We already have the basic workflow defined and need someone who can implement, test, and document the automation.
