AI Call Center Coaching System

We are building an AI-powered call center coaching platform for our solar sales organization. The project involves integrating Byteworth (VICIdial) APIs, Pipedream, and the OpenAI API to automatically retrieve daily agent statistics and call recordings, analyze calls for script adherence, rebuttal effectiveness, appointment quality, and coaching opportunities, then generate actionable management reports via Google Sheets and Discord. This is Phase 1 of a larger AI performance intelligence platform with ongoing development opportunities. I am looking for a long-term technical partner, not just someone to complete a one-time project. If Phase 1 is successful, there will be ongoing work building an AI Performance Intelligence Platform.
