# AI Coding Agent Architect – ChatGPT, Claude Code & GitHub **Fixed-price project | Prompt start preferred** We are a three-person European FreightTech SaaS team, including one developer. **ChatGPT is our primary workspace** for developing product ideas, requirements and UI designs. We also use Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and GitHub for software development. We already have numerous custom Skills, AI agents, instructions, integrations and development controls. However, our workflow has become too complicated, and too much time is spent coordinating tools instead of completing software. **We are not looking for another traditional developer. We need an experienced AI agent architect who can build and integrate a coordinated AI-powered development system for our existing team.** ### What we want to achieve A workflow where our team can move from: **Idea → ChatGPT design → Frontend → Backend → Testing → GitHub delivery** We want specialized AI coding agents to collaborate on implementing approved designs, developing frontend and backend functionality, testing, correcting errors and completing development tasks with minimal manual coordination. ChatGPT should remain the main interface for our team, with Claude Code and other coding agents handling execution where appropriate. ### What we need you to build - Evaluate and improve our existing ChatGPT and Claude Code Skills, agents and integrations. - Build a coordinated multi-agent development workflow using existing capabilities wherever possible. - Connect design-to-code, frontend/backend development, testing and GitHub delivery. - Enable reliable task execution, automated error correction and recovery from interruptions. - Preserve essential security controls, human approvals and independent review. - Demonstrate a working end-to-end pilot and document how our team can use it. We use Next.js/TypeScript, Python/FastAPI and Docker. We also have an established design system and access to Figma, but are open to more efficient design-to-code approaches. A detailed technical implementation brief is available for shortlisted candidates. **We want a working, repeatable solution—not another general analysis or simply an installation of an existing agent framework.** ### Who we are looking for An experienced specialist who has personally built **multi-agent AI coding systems**, with strong expertise in agent orchestration, Claude Code or comparable coding agents, MCP integrations and GitHub automation. We prefer freelancers with excellent Upwork reviews and a proven history of similar projects. **We want someone who can start promptly, prioritize the project and commit to a realistic delivery schedule.** ### To apply Please provide your earliest start date, proposed fixed price for an initial working pilot and expected completion date.
