AI / Full-Stack Developer – AI SaaS Platform

AI / Full-Stack Developer – AI-Powered SaaS Platform & ICP Onboarding We are looking for an experienced AI / Full-Stack Developer to work alongside our existing developer on AI Intent Studio, an Australian B2B SaaS platform that identifies ideal customers and companies showing buying intent. Our immediate project is to build an intelligent AI Onboarding + Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Builder. This is not a basic form or chatbot. We want AI to research a customer's business, understand its products and market, ask for confirmation where needed, and automatically build structured Ideal Customer Profiles that feed into the wider AI Intent Studio platform. What you'll build The onboarding experience will: Research a customer's website using AI Generate an editable company summary and value proposition Identify the company's key products/services Identify relevant competitors Allow customers to select products they want to target Build a separate ICP for each selected product Identify ideal companies and market segments Generate the strongest 5–8 buyer/job titles Identify customer problems, needs and desired outcomes Generate product-specific value propositions Identify strong buying triggers and intent topics Create exclusions for companies/people that shouldn't be targeted Store structured outputs for use by our company search and intent-scoring engine The AI needs to produce structured, reliable outputs — not simply generate text. Who we're looking for You should have strong experience with: LLM application development OpenAI / Claude or similar LLM APIs AI agents and AI workflows Prompt engineering and structured JSON outputs Tool/function calling AI-powered research and website analysis Supabase / PostgreSQL APIs and third-party data integrations TypeScript / JavaScript React / Next.js or similar modern frontend frameworks SaaS application architecture Git/GitHub and working collaboratively with another developer Experience with RAG, embeddings, semantic matching, AI scoring systems, intent data or B2B sales intelligence would be highly regarded. Important You will be working with our existing developer, so we need someone who: Can understand an existing codebase quickly Writes clean, maintainable code Communicates clearly Can challenge or improve the technical approach when appropriate Is comfortable dividing development responsibilities Can take ownership of agreed components and deliver them Understands both AI architecture and traditional software development We are particularly interested in someone who can continue working with us after this project as we develop the wider AI Intent Studio intelligence and intent-scoring platform.
