AI Music Systems Engineer / AI Music Producer (Electronic Music R&D)

About Us We are building a new type of electronic music company. Our goal is not to replace producers with AI. Our goal is to build an AI-assisted music development engine that combines data analysis, modern AI tools, human creativity and real-world club testing to accelerate the creation of commercially successful electronic music. We believe AI should generate ideas and increase creative output, while experienced humans make the final creative decisions. This is an R&D role. We are looking for someone excited by experimentation rather than traditional music production workflows. ⸻ The Role You’ll help build the systems behind our music development process. Rather than simply producing tracks, you’ll design workflows that: * Analyse thousands of electronic records. * Identify musical patterns and emerging trends. * Generate and organise musical concepts using AI. * Build automated pipelines for idea generation. * Prepare concepts for executive review. * Continuously improve the workflow as AI tools evolve. You’ll be working directly with our executive producer, who makes the final creative decisions. ⸻ We’d Love You To Have Experience With * Generative AI music tools (Suno, Udio, Stable Audio or similar). * Stem separation (Demucs, LALAL.AI, RipX or equivalent). * Ableton Live, FL Studio or Logic. * Python or automation scripting. * APIs and workflow automation. * Audio analysis. * Dance music. Experience with music analytics platforms such as Chartmetric, Soundcharts or similar is a bonus—not a requirement. ⸻ What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days, we’d like you to help build a prototype system that can: * Organise a music catalogue. * Analyse musical characteristics. * Generate multiple musical directions from a brief. * Present concepts for rapid review. * Learn from feedback over time. This role is about building a repeatable creative system—not simply producing individual tracks. ⸻ Paid Test Project Before any long-term engagement, we’ll run a paid test. We’ll give you a small dataset and a creative brief. We want to see how you think. Not whether you produce a Beatport No.1. Show us your workflow. Show us your reasoning.
