AI-Powered Building Inspection Platform

I am looking for a highly capable **Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong AI experience** to help design and develop a new commercial software platform for an established Australian business. The initial project involves developing an AI-enabled workflow and reporting system, with the platform intended to expand significantly over time. I am looking for someone capable of both developing the initial MVP and designing the underlying architecture so additional modules, integrations and AI capabilities can be added as the platform grows.
