Architectural PDF to Verified DWG

I have five architectural plan PDFs that must become fully editable DWG files. Each sheet needs to be redrawn or accurately vector-traced in AutoCAD (or equivalent CAD tool) so that all linework, hatches, and text scale correctly when checked against the original dimensions...
