Backend Developer Data Pipeline for SkyTab POS Integration (Node.js)

We need a backend developer to build a data pipeline that pulls order and menu data from our restaurant's SkyTab POS system into our internal platform. SkyTab (Shift4) doesn't expose a fully open public API for this use case, so the integration needs to work against the reverse-engineered endpoints we've already identified we'll share what we have.
