Build a Small React API Status Dashboard

We need a developer to create a simple React page that displays the status of several services. Requirements: Use React with functional components. Fetch service data from a provided mock JSON file or local API. Display each service in a card containing: Service name Current status: Online or Offline Last checked time Response time Add a button to refresh the displayed data. Use green styling for online services and red styling for offline services. Make the page responsive for desktop and mobile. Keep the design clean and professional. Deliverables: Complete React source code Mock service data README with setup instructions Screenshot of the completed page No authentication, backend, or deployment is required. You may use plain CSS or a lightweight CSS framework. Expected completion: 1–2 days Please include one link to a React project or GitHub sample when applying.
