Build an AI Chatbot for Our Website FAQs

Our support inbox keeps answering the same questions that are already on our FAQ page. We want a simple chatbot that reads our FAQ content and answers customers in plain language. A working prototype we can try ourselves first — we are not ready to put it on the live site yet. Scope of work Use our existing FAQ content (around 30 questions) as the chatbot's source Answer customer questions conversationally, based only on that content Say it does not know and point to support when the answer is not there Provide a simple chat page we can open and test Include a short README with setup and usage
