Claude + Outlook Responses + MCP for repetitive tasks.

Hi, I'm looking to integrate Claude with Outlook ( basic add-in is already done ) to auto respond for emails based on the previous threads + any knowledge base that I'd like to create for it to pick up from for the email responses ( underrstand the email response has to be approved manually every time ). Secondly, would like to explore how MCP works with everyday tasks and automating around it. This is just as an idea to dive into. I'd also like to know how many tokens would be used via claude for this , that is cincluded in the license vs what would be on top. Happy to discuss this as 2 different projects to be priced accordingly. Thank you
