Deploy Dynamic Web App to Azure

I have a React front-end paired with a Java Spring Boot back-end that is already running locally; now I need it live on Microsoft Azure. The plan is to host the Spring Boot API and the React build on Azure App Service and wire everything up to an Azure SQL Database...
