Deploy Static Website for Healthcare Practice

I have a complete 46-page website for my California therapy practice, finalized in a single HTML file with a metadata map listing every page’s URL, title, and description. No design or copy changes are needed. Scope includes converting the single file into a multi-page static site at the exact URLs in the metadata map, extracting embedded images and video into optimized, lazy-loaded files, deploying to Netlify or Cloudflare Pages under my account, connecting my domain with SSL, embedding 8 Jotform forms into pre-marked containers, wiring Google Analytics 4 to existing data-event attributes, creating sitemap.xml, robots.txt, 301 redirects from my old site, and submitting to Search Console. The live site must match the source file page-for-page. Fixed price, two milestones: staging review and launch.
