Django Developer Needed for CRM Optimization, Google OAuth & Long-Term Work

I’m looking for an experienced Django developer to improve an existing CRM application. The project involves enhancing a few existing features, integrating Google authentication, and optimizing overall application performance. Requirements: At least 4+ years of hands-on Django development experience. Previous experience building or maintaining CRM applications or similar business management systems. Integrate Google OAuth authentication with the existing login system. Optimize slow Django views, database queries, and API response times. Improve existing features and resolve bugs without affecting current functionality. Review the existing codebase and suggest practical improvements where needed. Tech Stack: Django, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, Google OAuth. I’m looking for someone who can understand an existing codebase, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement clean, maintainable solutions rather than simply patching issues.
