E-commerce Reverse Engineer & AI Research Developer – Technical R&D

We are looking for a technically strong and curious developer who can analyze existing e-commerce platforms, research innovative technologies, understand how their features work, and develop similar or improved solutions. This role involves technical research, website analysis, API inspection, browser automation, AI experimentation, and application development. We want someone who enjoys figuring out how things work behind the scenes and can convert research into actual working applications. ## Scope of Work **1. Website & Application Reverse Engineering** - Analyze existing websites and applications. - Inspect frontend behavior and network requests. - Understand API communication and application workflows. - Study product search, filtering, recommendations, and other e-commerce features. - Recreate similar functionality through authorized technical methods. **2. AI Research & Development** - Research emerging AI technologies and frameworks. - Experiment with OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini APIs. - Explore computer vision, image recognition, visual search, and virtual try-on. - Develop AI-powered prototypes and proof-of-concept applications. - Evaluate existing AI products and explore customized alternatives. **3. Technical Implementation** - Build applications using Python and JavaScript. - Develop frontend components using React. - Work with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP requests, and databases. - Use Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools for browser automation. - Develop backend integrations and functional prototypes. **4. E-commerce Innovation** - Research advanced e-commerce features. - Develop intelligent product discovery systems. - Explore AI-powered product recommendations. - Build advanced search and filtering experiences. - Research Shopify integrations and storefront improvements. ## Required Technical Skills - Python and JavaScript. - React, HTML, and CSS. - REST APIs and HTTP communication. - Chrome Developer Tools and Network Inspector. - Playwright or Selenium. - Web application architecture. - Debugging and technical problem-solving. ## Additional Skills - Shopify development. - AI/LLM API integrations. - Computer vision and image recognition. - Web scraping and data extraction. - LangChain and LangGraph. - AI-powered search and recommendations. - Browser automation. ## What We Expect - Ability to independently research unfamiliar technologies. - Strong technical investigation and debugging skills. - Ability to understand how existing features work. - Ability to develop functional prototypes from research findings. - Practical knowledge of APIs and application architecture. - Creative thinking and willingness to experiment. - Clear documentation of technical findings. ## When Applying, Please Share 1.
