Enterprise SEO Manager – Technical, Programmatic SEO & AI Search

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Enterprise SEO Manager to own and scale our organic growth strategy for our AI-powered language technology platform. This is a hands-on SEO role focused on Technical SEO, Programmatic SEO, Enterprise/SaaS SEO, Content Strategy, and emerging AI Search. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall Enterprise SEO strategy. Lead Technical SEO including crawlability, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, redirects, canonicalization, and hreflang. Build and scale Programmatic SEO and scalable landing-page strategies. Develop keyword, content, and topical authority strategies. Improve internal linking and website information architecture. Drive AEO/GEO and AI Search optimization for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc. Develop international and multilingual SEO strategies. Conduct competitor, keyword, and content-gap analysis. Track organic traffic, rankings, conversions, leads, and SEO ROI. Work closely with Engineering, Product, Content, and Marketing teams. Build SEO processes and eventually mentor/manage an SEO team. Must-Have Skills 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience Strong Technical & Enterprise SEO experience Proven Programmatic SEO experience Experience with B2B SaaS / Technology / Enterprise websites Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog Experience working with developers/engineering teams Strong understanding of site architecture, internal linking, schema, Core Web Vitals, and international SEO Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and qualified leads Good to Have AEO / GEO / AI Search experience Google AI Overviews JavaScript / Next.js SEO Python / SQL / BigQuery Multilingual SEO
