Experienced Developer Needed for 60-90 min Research Interview on AI Coding Agents

We are researchers studying how software developers experience working with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor Agent mode, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cline, Aider, and similar tools). We're looking for developers who regularly use AI agents, and who also worked as developers before these tools became part of their workflow. What's involved: - A short pre-session survey (around 5 minutes, sent after you're selected) - A 60-90-minute video-recorded interview on Google Meet Compensation: $35 USD, paid through Upwork after the interview is complete. Who we're looking for: - You worked professionally as a developer before AI coding agents became part of your workflow. Ideally at least 2 years of coding experience before you started using agents regularly. - You currently use "agentic" AI coding tools — where you delegate a multi-step task and wait for the result — regularly. Not just inline autocomplete suggestions. - Comfortable discussing your work in English. - Willing to be video-recorded (your identity will be kept confidential). - Good internet connection and good microphone Important: We read every proposal carefully. Proposals that appear generic or AI-written will not be considered — please answer in your own words, based on your actual experience.
