Experienced iOS/Flutter Developer Needed for European Wildfire App

We are looking for an experienced mobile developer to develop an app for BosbrandenEuropa.nl, a Dutch platform providing wildfire information across Europe. We already have an established WordPress website and want to create a professional mobile app around our existing content. We have like 7 million pageviews in summertime (july/august) This should not be a simple WebView/website wrapper. Key features: iPhone/iOS app WordPress integration Native/mobile-friendly navigation Wldfire map (See website) Wildfire news Country filters Ads for making some money because this at first will be a free app must handel thousands of peple online at the same time Push notifications for wildfires in Europe. Users can select countries/regions for notifications Architecture suitable for future Android development Future possibility for an interactive wildfire map and location-based alerts We are considering Flutter or React Native, but are open to professional recommendations.
