FME Automated exports and ETL

I've got a fme workbench which converts the attributes of a zipped shapefile in a folder to an xls spreadsheets with the same name as the zipped file. I would like to make this a batch process so it reads multiple zipped shapefiles in the folder at once instead of just a single zipped shapefile. I also want to to be able to publish this in flow so that it is automated whenever files are added by consultants to an app. - Advanced Knowledge of FME critical to this task - You must have the capability to develop workbenches with FME
