Founding Full Stack Engineer for RWA

I’m looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help turn an existing prototype into a complete RWA product. You’ll work across the frontend, backend, APIs, database, and Web3 integration. Solidity/Ethereum experience is a strong plus. I need someone who can understand an existing codebase, make solid technical decisions, solve problems independently, and actually build - not just wait for tickets.
