Full Stack Developer for ReelWork

ReelWork is a video-first hiring platform for hospitality and retail based in Melbourne, Australia. We are hiring a full-time or contract developer to work closely with our engineering lead on our Next.js web app and React Native mobile app. You will fix bugs, build features, improve product quality, and own work from scope through release. You should be comfortable working with limited specs, solving problems independently, and delivering reliable, well-tested code. We are a small team with real users and paying customers, and your work can go live quickly. Experience with APIs, webhooks, retries, idempotency, and authentication flows is important. AI product integration and early-stage startup experience are a plus.
