Full-Stack Developer Needed for a Construction Project Tracking

I’m looking for a developer to build a small web application that helps a construction company track projects, budgets, and expenses. The application should include: Project dashboard: Display projects with their status, budget, expenses to date, and remaining budget. Project management: Create and edit projects with a name, address, description, start date, target completion date, and budget. Expense tracking: Add expenses to each project, including date, vendor, category, amount, and notes. Budget comparison: Show total expenses against the project budget. Search and filtering: Filter projects by status and expenses by category. CSV export: Export a project’s expenses. A clean, functional interface is sufficient. The application should work on desktop and mobile browsers. Payment processing, accounting integrations, and advanced permission systems are outside the initial scope.
